Latest Vacancy: Marketing Assistant – Full or Part-Time

 

We’re looking for a motivated marketer to join our fast-paced and growing marketing agency based in Beeston!

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Director and marketing team in implementing client campaigns. Critical to this role is the ability to be highly organised and have keen attention to detail as one of the main responsibilities is to copy write and proofread content for clients.

This is an ideal role for someone passionate about creative writing and producing engaging written content.

Some of your key responsibilities as the Content Marketing Assistant will include:

  • Managing client social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Create appealing written and visual content
  • Produce effective email marketing campaigns with clear CTAs
  • Create engaging and SEO friendly website content for clients
  • Building, nurturing and managing strong client relationships

Skills and experience:

  • Proven copywriting and editing skills with an excellent understanding of written English
  • Knowledge and professional understanding of social media
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised, pro-active, and self-motivated
  • Confident with liaising with colleagues, clients and prospects, including networking and attending exhibitions
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Being an excellent communicator is essential for this role

Preferred qualifications and knowledge:

  • Computer literate with knowledge of social media and email marketing tools
  • Degree or equivalent in marketing, English, or a creative subject or relevant experience
  • 1-year of social media marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe CC package, Canva or editing software

This role may suit candidates that have previously worked as: social media assistants, marketing assistants, copywriters.

This is a full or part-time office-based role, ideal for those early in their marketing career or looking to work alongside other commitments.

The team works 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Full-time hours: 37.5 hours a week
Part-time hours: Negotiable to suit the candidate
Job Type: Full time, permanent.
Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
